When you create a buyer account or place an order on Şile Bezi Wholesale, we collect the details you provide: your name, company name, country, email address, phone number, and any messages or order notes you send us. We also collect the email-based information needed to deliver order updates and proforma invoices.
We use this information solely to operate the wholesale program: to approve buyer accounts, process orders, ship goods, send proformas and invoices, respond to your messages, and — only if you opt in — send periodic lookbooks and price lists.
We do not sell or share your buyer information with third parties without your knowledge or authorisation. Anonymised, aggregated statistics may be shared with business partners to improve service. Personal data is only disclosed to public authorities when legally required under Turkish and international law.
Credit card details are never stored on our servers. Online card payments are processed directly between you and the bank's payment gateway. Bank transfer details are provided on each proforma invoice.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember cart contents, measure aggregate site usage, and improve performance. You can clear cookies at any time from your browser; see our Cookie policy for details.
You may review, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or close your buyer account, by writing to wholesale@silebezi.com. We respond within 30 days.
Personal data is held on secure systems with access limited to authorised personnel. We apply technical (encryption, firewalls) and administrative (access control, staff training) measures appropriate to the type of data.
