Wholesale orders are generally non-returnable. Returns or replacements are accepted in the following cases:
Goods must be unused, unwashed, with all labels and packaging intact, and in resaleable condition. Sets must be returned complete.

For defects or errors attributable to us, return shipping is at our expense. For buyer-initiated returns (where accepted), return shipping is at the buyer's expense.
Approved returns are processed within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or as a credit note for future orders if preferred.
For domestic Türkiye orders shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo, our customer number is 334230107. Free domestic shipping applies on orders of 100 ₺ and above when shipped by us. Return shipping for defective items is at our expense; otherwise at the buyer's expense, in line with the 7-day right of withdrawal.
